what if we kissed in Hamraborg underground parking lot
What if we kissed in the underground parking lot?
What if dreaming could be a tool for shaping a city?
What if we kissed in Hamraborg underground parking lot was my first attempt at making a soundwalk from skratch, and emerged as a collaboration with Gosia Trajkowska and Agata Lech for Hamraborg Festival in Kópavogur. The soundwalk, featured twice during the festival, explored questions of seeing what happens when we let desire, curiosity, and playfulness reframe the public space around us.
Together, we passed through places that felt familiar and spaces that surprised us, tracing what was already there and what could be imagined. It was not a tour. It was an experiment in reimagining the commons, in drifting through the everyday with a different lens, to see if the city might hold more than we think – perhaps even the beginnings of change.
